Weapon clip size is now handled by convars rather than weapon scripts, so it can be adjusted by challenges. Fixed damage numbers persisting between entities.

Fixed the player.SetNPC vscript function not taking ownership of a marine added by another player. Fixed the possibility of multiple magazines being visually dropped on each reload for non-hosts. Calling marines to follow will set you as the squad leader.
